Free tracked shipping
Every order ships for free with tracking. We currently ship to the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours (business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery takes 7 to 14 business days.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your package on our Track your order page.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays can occasionally happen, especially around holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, email us and we'll look into it right away.
