We want you to feel confident trying Juvi. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to return
- Email us at info@shopjuvi.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We refund you as soon as we've received the item, or once you've sent us the tracking number showing it's on its way back.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Please email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. You don't need to send anything back: we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
