We stand behind Juvi NMN completely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and we will arrange a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a return

Email us at hello@juvi.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.

Conditions

The 30-day guarantee applies to your first order of each product. Subscription orders beyond the first are covered by our standard 14-day return policy for unopened products. We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse.

Refund processing time

Once we receive your return (if applicable), refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
